I tried returning a dress that doesn’t fit on my THIRD attempt and was turned away for being outside their return deadline by two weeks. The worker proceeded to tell me that sometimes she will make exceptions but apparently couldn’t for me which makes no sense? Why even tell the customer that. I’ll just be coming in with no receipt I guess?
