"Sorry mam- someone else with the same last name as you ordered so we canceled it" what a joke. Reviews are being written. App Un installed. Bad experience. Too many other stores to chose from who don't treat customers like this. Its very sad and unfortunate and quite frankly not fair.

So if i get a deal ($10 off 10) nobody else can Because we're family ??? NOT all of us even have the same address!! This is the most absurd thing ive ever heard. Customer service is a joke. You get no where and they understand you as much as you understand them....which isnt much. Definitely wont be shopping here again OR my family. Christmas shopping will be done at stores who value customers and treat us as the individuals that we are! Literally! OVER a hour on the phone and shopping and placing orders wasted. Crazy how when I hung up with customer service they said they would do the credits and make it right and help place order for me and now they take it back and say I was in the wrong. Baffled.
