  Ashleigh is phenomenal when it comes to helping find good fits - I've been in a few times now and each time she's helped me find jeans and shorts that fit *and* that are comfy *and* that I like how I look in them. Not an easy task since I'm incredibly picky and detest shopping for clothes. She's super kind, attentive, and really listens to me about what I'm looking for, what I like, and what I don't like. Great vibes all around and absolutely knows what she's doing and is an expert on what Madewell styles might suit the goals! The jeans are great, I already liked Madewell but Ashleigh's help is the reason I'll keep shopping in person rather than buying online! ***I think I spelled her name wrong originally - it's Ashleigh if I'm remembering right

  I mostly shop online but for jeans I went in store. I had a pair of Madewell jeans before and I knew I had to get another one from Madewell specially because of their lasting quality and fitting. They have jeans for all shapes & sizes which is a plus one for me! Caroline & Ashley really helped me in finding the right pair of jeans for me. They heard & understood my requirements and gave me options to choose from which wouldn't have been possible online. I would definitely be visiting the store again!

  I drove 1.5hrs to try to find the perfect jeans. I was super excited to go to Madewell because I thrifted a dress a few years ago that fit me perfectly so I had high hopes. After going to 3 different stores and being told that there weren't any jeans in my size for me to try, I had high expectations when I walked into this store. I was not greeted. The employees stared at me like I was an alien. When I finally got to the jeans, I was hoping that someone would ask if I needed help because I was on the verge of tears at this point. I thought one of the employees had asked if I needed help, but they actually had asked a girl that had come out of the dressing room. I finally asked if there were any jeans for me to try on and again was told no, BUT after going to Nordstrom Rack and trying on a pair, it turns out that I could have tried on a pair in their store.

  I was hoping to return an item that my daughter received as a gift. Unfortunately, we did not receive a gift receipt with the gift. She did not care for the item so she was hoping to get a gift card to out towards something else. We were told they don’t accept returns without any type of receipt. I did not have the contact info of the person who gifted her this (nor would I want to share that because I wouldn’t not want it on her profile that it was returned). Really unfortunate that we could not even get a gift card. We saw several things we could and would have purchased but we left, turned off by the service.
