    The Educator, Worry, was very helpful with my return request. She helped me try different style pants options in which I ended up loving the trouser look. She was very friendly and professional through out the entire experience! Very happy with my visit and the pants I got!

    I purchased a leather bag and it was damaged after 40 days. I have contacted them 3 times and each time i never hear back. Terrible service!

    The facility and staff were wonderful. I am a man that prefers some clothing items in women's because they feel or fit better (i.e. leggings instead of base layers, women's joggers instead of men's depending on the material, etc.). Well, the staff was extremely helpful and non judgemental at all when they saw me shopping in the women's section. They even asked if I needed a fitting room without me asking first, which I definitely did. I will absolutely be back to this store for future Lulu purchases!

    Went in and had unmatched customer service. I talked to a young man named Tate sunberg (i think) and he knew everything about all of the men’s product and was very professional. Did not plan on buying anything at first but couldn’t help but walk out with 6 items. Will definitely return in the future.
