- HAHarry Andruss2 days ago5.0Switched from Kohl's to JC Penny's. Better quality apparel and choices. Seems to be more Sales Floor Associates when you need assistance. Some of the assistance help with online discounts if you ask, even though the executives frown upon it. Will continue to purchasing from Penny's in the future.

I was on a get-away for the weekend in West Madison, was shopping at Penny’s, I bought jeans, panties, purse and a pair of Skechers, in total of $225.00. My complaint was at the checkout, I’m an honest person but not everyone is, the cashier never even opened the shoe box to check, all the filler in the purse was never removed or checked. There was a security thing on the shoes which she never removed since she didn’t open the box. I was wondering why we set off the alarm at other mall stores, which nobody even checked, at the other stores. I saw the security device when we got home. I don’t get it, that’s inviting people to steal. So many help that don’t speak English, being in this work environment you should speak English. My rant is over.
