They asked me when my mom's birthday was, what kind of jewelry she likes, and were just very personable and friendly. As someone who typically gets some "I think you have the wrong store" side-eyes at other jewelry stores, they greeted me without judgement. They gift-wrapped my purchase with care and even said to wish my mom a happy birthday for them as I was on my way out the door. So glad there's now a physical store in the area! Even better that they have some genuinely kind folks working there as well.
