  If no stars was an option, I would choose that. Absolutely do not recommend ordering from this store. The product was never delivered. I called the store multiple times, with no answer, reached out to the store via Facebook message, with no answer, and reached out to customer service multiple times, with AGAIN no answer. The product update status remains at: crafting your order. Pretty upset, considering the delivery charge alone $26, with nothing ever even delivered. Wish I would have read reviews of this store before ordering, because this is apparently a common theme for the Madison, WI branch. I would have never even done so in the first place.

  I’m a little disappointed. Did not arrive the day I requested, but they did send it over the following morning in an uber. It doesn’t look exactly how I pictured and they forgot the balloon I paid extra for. Everyone on the phone was friendly and apologetic, though it was strange they wouldn’t answer from my cell number (the number I called from the first couple times) but picked right up when I called from work. To be fair, I had a previous order that was just fine. Not worth the $6 to call back about balloon. I’m sure they are busy so that probably contributed to the issues.

  Placed an order, the transaction was completed, and the order was never fulfilled. 10+ attempts were made to contact the Madison store via call, email, and voicemail. Had to contact corporate for a refund.

  Charged me, and never delivered, they will not answer the phone. 30+ phone calls. LIES, LIES... Do not trust them...... Even corporate will not answer the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

  My husband try to surprise but guess what I never received the surprise and to get them on the phone well good luck with that. And don't wast your time to respond back to me saying if there is anything I can assist you with email you or bla bla bla there is one thing you surely can do for me close this company stay home. Thank you
