It was supposed to be a chocolate birthday cake with chocolate strawberries and fruits and what they delivered was a vanilla confetti cake with white chocolate strawberries. I wanted give a pleasant birthday surprise however for the person who doesn’t like vanilla and white chocolate it became unpleasant surprise. I made numerous attempts to contact store and even left a voicemail but there has been no response. Considering all other bad reviews for this location it is best to avoid it permanently.

The order has been 1 stop away for 3 hours (The tracker showed the driver at the same location claiming to be one stop away). the store is 9 minutes from delivery location. Customer service and communication is absolutely unacceptable. I am very disappointed by their lack of a response and care with same day delivery. We ordered this in the morning and it still was not delivered by the end of the workday at 4:30 pm, despite paying for same day delivery to a business. The recipient stayed later than she was going to, so that she got the delivery and it never showed. I went to the store after writing the above. The young man there was very kind and helpful. The delivery driver claimed the address to be undeliverable. He never called me, the recipient, nor did he update his coworkers. The driber justbdropped it back off at the store amd left it! I verified the address was correct and was a healthcare facility that people go to daily without an issue. The man working gave me my order and said he would have the manager call me tomorrow. Hopefully I will get reimbursed for having to go pick it up, then deliver it to the complete opposite side of town, since my coworker was home by then. I had to do 1.5 hours of driving to sort everything out. I am very frustrated with the lack of communication and customer service. Who doesn't answer the the phone or check messages throughout the day in a business like this!?! Why would you not call the sender to verify the address!?! Beyond frustrating! UPDATE: Still no communication from this company. They reimbursed the delivery fee, that was it. No apology, no communication, nothing. I will not order from this company again and will be sure to let others know how they treat their patrons. It's sad when a business could care less about their customers.
