He helped me get measured for shirts, suits, and pants, gave input on style when requested, and helped me find things available in my size (I'm at the very small end of the Big and Tall store scale so its sometimes difficult to find things in my size). Dean was also incredibly personable, congratulating me on the new job, asking questions with genuine care, and really just made me feel great throughout the shopping experience. Finally, the suit pants that I wanted to get to match the suit jacket were not in the store in my size. Not only did Dean locate them online, he ordered them on my behalf and had them shipped to my apartment (they arrived ahead of schedule as well which is a bonus). Overall, I had an incredible experience in large part due to Dean's customer service. The store was also well kept and organized, and the prices were not bad all things considered. I will definitely be back!
