As im shopping looking around at candles, I had my B&N bag 2' away to my left. An associate had even talked to me and told me they were on sale. As I gathered up what I wanted, I grabbed the projector I was gonna buy and boom, my bag wasn't here. I asked the assocate if she had moved it. She said she didnt. We looked for a minute. I asked her to get the manager bc we need to run these cameras, someone literally stole my bag. A manager comes by and tells me she cant run the cameras back, that'd id have to call back tomorrow...... You know, even though this just happened and i could find the person before they left. But no, manager on staff doesnt have access to camera's. I suppose this would be a dream scenario for a robbery. Go rob the store and the store cant run it back for a few days. We called about 15 minutes after we left to ask if the bag was by the fitting rooms, were put on hold for 20 minutes, dude never came back to the phone. We hung up, called again, and the lady was quicker this time, coming back in 3 minutes. But yup, come to Pennys, get stolen from, then get told to get bent. The most wonderful time of the year
