  Tried to register on their website to purchase work pants. After filling out my personal information and password I tried to log in. I get Customer not active. So I tried to register again. This time it tells me email already in use. So I then tried to log in with email and click forgot password. I get this response…email does not exist. I guess I won’t be buying anything.

  Would leave 0 stars if I could placed an order for Carhart Bibbs, followed the sizing chart to the T, got the bids they were way too big, had to exchange them, got charged a 25% restocking fee for brand new items, they carried in the store. I even checked with Carhart because I was told it was a carhart charged returned fee, which turned out to be a lie.

  Everyone was si kind and helpful. I'm a bigger guy and I loved the selection of Carhartt and Ariat clothing that I had ti choose from. Well worth the 1+ hour drive. Definitely worth it and will be back!!

  I cannot say enough great things about working with Midwest. Their communication has been exceptional from start to finish. When an issue came up with a decorator providing incorrect sizing, Midwest immediately stepped in, followed through on their part, and kept me informed every step of the way. Even after we discovered the decorator had miscounted, Midwest still took care of the situation and stood behind their service. That level of integrity and partnership is rare. Truly grateful and highly recommend them.
