We didn't have the tags and therefore, werent allowed to return it by the snooty sales lady. I guess it's great business practice to not return $7, have my daughter buy a more expensive pair, and lose 2 customers than to allow for a simple return.

This one girl he kept talking down on and pointed at one of the whiteboards in the fitting room and asked her if she could even read, I can’t believe they’d hire someone who’d talk down on someone like that. Horrible.
