The woman who was working on 2-27-25 . Needs to be fired she was rude to me . I had a return of sunglasses. And she was practically accused me of fraud or stealing them . I purchased them online and she said you should have receipt. I showed her the app of Macy's. And she was one of these entitled Karen's of.the world I will never ever shop at sunglass hut ever again . Just a FYI I spent good money on the Costa brand not cheap . She said the app barcode thing wasn't the way to do a return. Also I felt like she had issues of something I can't say on here. Fire that woman

Ordered new lens for my Ray-Ban sunglasses. Got a call saying that they were in. Went to pick them up and have them put in. There was a different person behind the counter who had my lens in her hand when she found out I wanted them install she called the manager who was not there . She then told me that I had to come back when her manager was in early mornings to have them installed. I work during the day so that wasn't going to work. When I told her that he said I could come anytime to pick them up she then lied to me and said she couldn't find them. I saw them in her hands. Can you say lasy. I demanded my money back and will not go back to this store. People just want to get paid for doing nothing I get it but not on my dime. I fell sorry for whoever has to foot the bill for the incompetence.

I went in to this store Sunday morning. Every time I go to a sunglasses hut I never leave without spending a minimum of 800 to 1000 dollars. I arrived at the counter, within 2 minutes I picked out two pair of designer glasses I was ready to purchase. There was no one at the counter or in the vicinity of the store. I asked the girls that work the perfume/cologne counter across the way if someone could help me. They said Sunglasses hut is a separate store and they didn’t know where the salesperson went. I waited 15 minutes, while I waited I asked if there was somehow they could page the missing employee or text them to let them know a customer wanted to make a purchase. The girls wanted to help but did not have the info they needed to contact this person. I waited now a total of 20 minutes and then left. After I got back to my car and left the parking lot I called the store, and finally someone answered. I asked if this was the employee that was working the stand that day and when they confirmed they were I let them know they lost an easy 1000 dollar sale. There reply was “I went to lunch, am I not supposed to have lunch” and then hung up on me. Of course I expect an employee to have lunch, but if your job is to represent a company and to make sales for the company should you not have a means for a customer or a neighboring sales person to contact you to let you know there is a customer in need, as opposed to just abandoning your position. On top of that to talk to a customer rudely and then hang up on them as opposed to trying to win the customer back with apology and proper customer service. If this was my employee they would be looking for another job because they clearly don’t have the business best interest at heart. Sad to say it is more the norm these days.
