- MPMelissa PerezFeb 4, 20261.0Poor customer service. I went into the salon in person to schedule an appointment with the salon and was told everything was set. The day before my appointment, the salon called to confirm—but confirmed a completely different time than what I scheduled. I had already put in PTO from work specifically for this appointment. Despite the scheduling error being theirs, they were unable to accommodate me. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I asked for a manager who was able to get me a price match so I was able to get my size without paying 200% more. Very kind and helpful, and the products are fairly priced.
