  I have a rather inexpensive watch that I like. I have had it for years. The battery went out. I didn't know if Rummele's could change the battery, as it's not a brand they sell and I didn't buy it there. I went in and met with Andy. He was friendly and quickly took my watch back to their watchmaker. They were able to change the battery while I waited. The cost? It was shockingly low. I had assumed since they carry luxury time pieces it would be very expensive. To my surprise, I was wrong. They charged less than I have previously paid for the exact same service elsewhere. Truly the best experience I have ever had with a jewelry store. Thank you Rummele's and Andy! You are the very best and I will be back.

David not only secured my Rolex Sky-Dweller masterpiece, but he also took the time to walk me through every feature with care and precision. The attention to detail and genuine excitement for his clients is unmatched. And yes — celebrating the moment with a well-earned beer afterward made it even more special. I couldn’t be more proud or grateful for the experience. If you’re considering a fine timepiece and want white-glove treatment with hometown integrity, Rummeles is the only place to go.   Bought a new wedding ring and Tracy helped me pick the most gorgeous ring!!! Then Alex helped us pick the perfect bands!!! The only jewelry store we will go to now. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks you guys!!!
