Madeline, my salesperson treated me with amazing service from the moment I first walked in the door (in jeans and a hoodie mind you!) to the moment she helped size and set my new watch. Madeline and the rest of the Rummele's staff made me feel right at home, when I was nervous about my first major jewelry purchase, as well as being super self conscious about being a "blue collar" guy in a Rolex AD. They have a customer for life, and I will be sending anyone I can their way! I hope to go through this process again in the future when I am ready for my next Rolex! Thank you Madeline and Rummele's crew!
- SBSoner BasaranNov 8, 20251.0On November 6, 2025, I contacted w Rummele’s Jewelers for a Rolex watch which I was planing to purchased after appraisals report done. After confirming the date, time, and cost through our emails, I drove 2.5 hours from Madison to Green Bay. They emailed me that they would do it for $200 and that they were available for the afternoon. Despite having emailed me a few days prior and receiving confirmation, when I arrived at the store, they refused to check the authenticity of watch. Even though I showed them the email they sent a few hours earlier and asked if they had decided to do this now??? They refused to provide service. I asked you to verify the authenticity of a watch. It's not hard to understand that they acted this way because they heard I was going to buy it from another seller. I'm not here to listen to your arbitrary service policy and the risks you refuse to take. I will never consider purchasing from this company again. Is it wrong to take a watch to a Rolex dealer and check its authenticity before purchasing it from another seller? If there is a rule or law according to that don’t make a schedule or put it everywhere!!!!!! I will complain about you on every platform I can use to file a complaint.
