I was instructed that Rummele's watch guy is part time and he would see what he could do to oil it and clean it up a bit. I finally went in to pick up my watch today (11-26-25) because I didn't hear a word from Rummele's. Nothing was oiled or cleaned because they said there was an after market bezel on it so they couldn't touch it. It took you almost 2 months to figure that out?! Very disappointed in your customer service. Rummele's doesn't care about the little guy. I will not be back.

Madeline, my salesperson treated me with amazing service from the moment I first walked in the door (in jeans and a hoodie mind you!) to the moment she helped size and set my new watch. Madeline and the rest of the Rummele's staff made me feel right at home, when I was nervous about my first major jewelry purchase, as well as being super self conscious about being a "blue collar" guy in a Rolex AD. They have a customer for life, and I will be sending anyone I can their way! I hope to go through this process again in the future when I am ready for my next Rolex! Thank you Madeline and Rummele's crew!
