    Pricing was alright. I was planning to buy an $800 elliptical, but the box was very damaged with rips and tears. I decided not to purchase it because if it didn’t work, I might not have been able to return it due to the condition of the box. There was one nice young man who helped us. He was skinny and very elegant, and he was very helpful and patient, so I appreciate his assistance. Unfortunately, most of the other staff were rude and just stood there staring at us. I even overheard some of them saying things about us, which made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, the staff was the worst part of the visit, but the young man who helped us did a great job.

    Good selection of firearms. Staff doesn’t care about anything. Watched a guy steal a back pack full of stuff, walk out with the alarms going off, while the staff just sat and argued if they should call the police. Disappointing.

    I shopped with a valid two-day 50% off coupon, BUT THE PRODUCT HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO THE LAST REMAINING STORE IN MILWAUKEE COUNTY. Then I found another item, BUT THEY DECLARED MY BIRTHDAY COUPON WAS NOT VALID. What is wrong with this company? In the past it was not so blatantly dishonest with an attitude of, "We don't care".
