Now I have to wait 24 hours to use the credit even though they said I would get it in 5 minutes with an override. I like Scheels even though their customer service has been consistently crappy every time I come here. It makes zero sense I have to wait to use my credit and I don’t live near a Scheels. This is what they call “no good deed goes unpunished”…trying to support them and now I cannot even access the credit. I am pissed off because I have no idea when I will be near a Scheels again and now use the credit, I will probably now have to pay for shipping. I should have been able to access the credit and shop instantly. Terrible terrible to make me wait to get the credit back.

- AFArtie FresethMar 25, 20261.0Yesterday my husband and myself went into the store looking at golf items. Not one of the employees asked if we needed help. They stood in the golf simulator room talking or if you made eye contact with any of them they automatically looked away. My husband had the intentions of spending a chunk of money there but after the disappointment of the sale people not a chance. We walked through the store and seen many employees just talking or acting busy so not to be bothered. I made my husband go there even though he didn't want to then he explained to me last year was the same thing. Now I know so we are never stepping foot in there again!!
