I ordered a $120 jersey online for next day pick up on 12/20 for my son’s xmas gift (although it said will be ready in 1hour) through the Eau Claire store. I went the next day to pick it up only to be told that they were all sold out even though the $120 was already taken out of my account. I was told that they could have it shipped to me from another store but could not guarantee it would come before Xmas. I requested that the transaction be cancelled so I could get my money back before Xmas. I was reassured that I would be reimbursed within 24 hours. It is now12/26 and still have not been reimbursed. I received no emails explaining any of this. Terrible customer service.

We were honest that we had forgotten our gift cards and wouldn’t be purchasing today, yet he still took a lot of time with us. He even let my fiancée try on sunglasses so she knows exactly what to get when we come back. We’re very happy with the level of service and really appreciated his professionalism.
