  I bought a pair of Nike Revolution Running Shoes last year for a fair price, today I went to buy the same pair but the price went up 50% in one year. Price gouging, taking advantage of hard working Americans and family’s in my opinion. I’ll be shopping elsewhere and recommend anyone else do too.

  Had sales but were still extremely high prices. Also they have like no more Legacy hats which is insane to me. I used to love this store, not so sure anymore

  I frequently enjoy my shopping experience at Sheels. The staff is always highly professional and accommodating. The store is huge and full of products that I want to buy, and of course you can enjoy some of the entertainment (bowling) they have as well. Fun store to browse through, glad we have one in EC.

  Typically a chaotic location; aisles are too narrow to fit their carts, customer service over the last few years has waned as employees appear apathetic, possess little product knowledge, and are generally unhelpful. Online inventory rarely matches goods on hand if you choose to shop on-site.

  Scheels is actually a great place with just about anything for everyone and their pet. I will say the space does seem overwhelming because there is so much in the store that you may have a hard time finding what you are looking for. In any occasion I have asked a member of the staff and they have always been kind and courteous and will take you to where you need to go or call the right person. They also make sure they have helped you with your question/issue. Yesterday was the first time I had to return an item. I had accidentally bought multiple of the same item (in store and online) making sure I had the gift in time for Christmas. I went in and asked the first person at a checkout where they do returns and she politely directed me. The girl at the service desk was very helpful and made it seem effortless when I thought there may have been an issue since my card was different due to a fraud claim. She wasn’t worried and put everything in with no issues. She was very delightful. I haven’t ever encountered an employee in this store that didn’t enjoy their job.. it’s refreshing ! No matter if they were in the middle of something or had something else to do… they have either personally escorted you to the area you were looking for, helped you find an item and if it wasn’t where they thought it would be.. looked it up to see if it was carried in their store or helped you to an area and circled back around to make sure you were satisfied or asked if there was anything else you needed. There aren’t many places that offer or are willing to provide that kind of customer service. I applaud you!
