The lady at the counter told me that my card declined when the screen said accepted. I assumed there was an error so I allowed her to try it for me again, only to go to my banking app, and realize that I was charged twice. When I went back to the store after, the same lady who checked me out denied that it had gone through the first time, even though I had my banking information as proof. They recommended I just call the bank myself instead of them professionally addressing their mistake. I am disgusted by the way they treated the situation and I will not be returning.
