- NCNicholas CareyNov 7, 20252.0The shoe selection is solid and the workers seemed friendly enough. But you should be aware that the return policy is poor. I tried a pair of shoes on in the store, which seems perfectly allowed and normal, meaning others most likely did too, then took the shoes home and tried them on for my wife to see. After all this, it was decided that they weren't right, I brought them back to the store and was told that they had scuffing on them and they would not accept the return. I didn't wear them outside, I wore them on my carpeted and hardwood floors of my house for a total of 5 minutes maybe. So they'll sell you shoes, which may have scuffing on them from their floors, and I don't think they're checking that before they sell them to you. I most likely will not return to the store to purchase shoes for fear of not being able to return items.
