They have decent prices on physical books and have adequate staff so you aren't waiting a really long time in line.

Amazing selection. Slightly disorganized due to the chaos of holiday season (it was packed) but that's understandable and I didn't have any real issues finding anything I wanted. Even got some old fancy press edition of a book I wanted. Love this place! Support used book stores and save huge $ buying from here.
