- JKJulie KaczmarekFeb 6, 20211.0Incredibly poor customer experience today at this Brookfield location. I went in to exchange 2 items that were ordered online. I couldn’t find the receipt for one of the items and I was told I needed to keep the item. It still had the tags on it and it didn’t fit. I asked Mary who was staring at me without a solution to speak with a manager. Marybeth came over and stated that I also had no options. I explained that I would have come in earlier but due to Covid I was stuck at home. Now I had 2 associates staring at me again with no option or solution. I was told to call the online number for additional help. I did just that while in store and was told I could exchange this item for something the current price. I was happy to do that. These associates told me it was only done as a “one off”. The very helpful online associate taught them that they are wrong on that policy. It was all extremely frustrating. These associates showed a lack of compassion and were definitely not solution minded. Worst customer experience I’ve had in quite sometime. I won’t even get into the checkout experience. It was uncomfortable and I couldn’t wait to leave a store I have spent an incredible amount of money in. I will not be back anytime soon. I’m sure Mary will be happy! Since my whole visit seemed like a bother.
