The strawberries were so sour and tart we could barely eat them, and they were far and few between. We had an overwhelming amount of melons that didn’t have much taste and pineapple that was hard a a rock. Definitely not worth the price. Very sad someone spent that much on a gift that I can’t enjoy.

They even said that the flowers were an upgrade!?!!! No communication at all. The flowers looked so old and cheap.. The treats were sideways when delivered, if you zoom in you'll see the smudged. I am beyond embarrassed that they even thought this was acceptable to deliver. Please shut down your store immediately. I have blasted this shop and filed a complaint with edible arrangements. Ridiculous and waste of money.

Matilda handled the change right away and was kind and helpful throughout. The revised delivery went smoothly, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Thank you!
