  I went to the store to try on shoes for my wedding. When I entered the store, an associate saw me, yet did not greet me nor asked if I needed anything. I had initially gone to the Greenfield store and they did not have the shoes I was looking for. The Greenfield manager called the Brookfield store and asked them to hold a pair of shoes in my size so that I could try them on. I found a pair of shoes in my size and from the brand I was looking for and confirmed that they fit. Disappointing customer service.

  Incredibly friendly and helpful staff here! Welcoming environment, tons of brands and styles to choose from on the sales floor. I didn’t have to go digging through rack after rack hoping something that caught my eye *might* be available in my size (3x) like most stores. Picked up some casual shirts, polos, sweaters, vests, and a dress shirt that fit perfectly right off the rack. DXL has earned repeat business from me, my experience transformed clothes shopping from a dreaded task into an absolute delight.

  Meronica is a superhero. She was in the store by herself and made sure every customer got her attention and was taken care of. She gave her honest opinions when we asked for them and was so curteous and helpful and never made us feel like we were taking up her time. Thank you Meronica for providing us with excellent customer service!
