  This place is amazing. I called in just after 3pm to place an order and I was able to pick it up before they closed at 5. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and my order looked amazing. Thank you again!!

  I have wanted to try ordering one of their arrangements for years. I ordered an arrangement for my grandkids’ birthday, and I am so disappointed. Most of the fruit had gone bad (it tasted fermented). Luckily, I tried the fruit before the kiddos. I ended up throwing most of the melon, so we only had one small bowl of strawberries and pineapple that was edible. And I paid almost $100 for an unedible arrangement. I contacted the company, have an open case, but no one has gotten back to me. I would avoid this location.

  Cannot find any place in Wisconsin to send to portage wi. Women on phone was rude and not aware where Wisconsin was.

  I ordered the True Love Bouquet to be delivered on Valentine's Day. I received a call from the store saying they were unable to deliver what I ordered because they had no more room on their delivery trucks. Which didn't make sense to me as it was being delivered literally 5 blocks from their store. I asked if I can pick it up and was then told they were actually out of fruit. The only options they gave me were a full refund or delivery the next day, when they got more fruit. I'll never order from this place again. For the price you pay for this fruit, this it terrible service and poor planning on the whoever orders the fruit for this store.
