  I visited this store for the first time last weekend. Honestly it was a horrible experience. I entered right after a couple which they were greeted nicely and as soon as I entered I just got a yucky look from the employees. No one ever came up to ask if I needed help which they did to the rest of the people. Once I got my items I stand in "line" (I was the only one). I stood there for about 2-3 minutes while the employees (3) were just there standing by the cashier register. I was literally about to just walk away when one of them called me up to check me out. He was so dry the entire time. It was so awkward. I paid literally almost $600 for 4 items that I haven't even taken out the bag because I don't even want them no more. I don't know if it was because I am Hispanic (Mexican) or full of tattoos. I don't know but I definitely will never go back to this racist place!

  ALO disclosed Erika Kirk’s purchase after she rushed to her dead husband with only the clothes on her back. Shame on ALO!! You need to apologize. Erika should sue the company!! What a horrid thing to do!! I’ll never buy your clothes!!

  Coming her is only worth it for trying on and making sure you know your sized. Most of the newest style are found online. The store is clean, & staff are helpful.

  Very rude employees who just stare at you when you walk in the door and continue to talk amongst themselves. This is my third time coming into this location with the same rude experience.
