He quickly closed it and walked the person he was helping to the other fitting room. I brought it to the attention of another employee and the manager. They essentially just gaslit me, saying it was probably a quiet knock and I didn't hear it over the music. Will not be shopping at this location again.

I then drove to the store and to my delight Alex was there and he showed me the bags available in the color I wanted. This young man is an example of excellent customer service. He also pointed out some additional sales the store had that day. I ended up finding a few more Christmas gifts!! He was professional, kind, informative, and helpful! How refreshing to have such a wonderful experience. Give this guy a raise. I'll be back to shop again!!
