The manager Katie placed both purchases in a single shopping bag. When I politely requested an additional bag, the manager responded with the above statement. This type of response is unacceptable, unprofessional, and not reflective of the customer service I have always experienced and expected from Michael Kors. As a loyal customer, I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. This situation created an unpleasant shopping experience, especially considering that the items were gifts. -Formal complaint submitted-

- SSShannon SchulzAug 4, 20181.0Went to return a wallet that I bought 1 day ago because it was too small for my all of my things, and when I went to return it the manager on duty looked at it 5 times, looked at the receipt twice, and took her time thinking about what she was going to say. AND THEN said well we can’t take this back because you’re missing the care instruction booklet that it came with. WHAT!!! No where on the receipt did it say that had to be returned with it. So then I found the booklet and she said “ okay you can wait in line” Mind you there was only one person in front of me, and she made me stand there for at least 5-7 minutes while she was in the back room. When I’m spending that kind of money in this store I expect to be treated with more respect than I was today. I can assure you I will NEVER shop at this store again.
