  Rude clerk refused to bag and wrap Pyrex glass cups for my mother. Threw the bag at her and laughed. Young white female who should be sent home or fired on the spot. Wasn't helpful with checking out items "on sale or not" she did not know if they were on sale or not. Called JC Penney and no one answered on several attempts. Why waste your time shopping at JCPenney for anything. Unprofessional. No empathy for the customer. Poor management.

  I don't understand why these big change stores don't have any staff inside them.And you have to walk around for twenty minutes to find a register. I went into buy a pair of 501 jeans and I had to straighten the whole shelf up so I could find anything that got close to what I needed very disappointed.I don't think I'll ever come back here.I'll find someplace else to get my jeans out from now on. I have shopped at JC Penney's.For thirty plus years. Never have I ever seen it so far down in the dumps
