I want to thank Brian Wood (Service Dept) and Butch Rebitski (Pro-staff walleye guide). I was in the store to buy a trolling motor and 2 chartplotter graphs. I'm a first time boat owner and they helped me out tremendously with info on which units were best for my boat, how to set them up, how to use, etc, etc. Thanks again guys, your time and help were invaluable!

Never had a bad experience until today.
My boyfriend and I had a really bad checkout experience at the Green Bay Bass Pro Shops today around 5:45 PM.
When we walked up, the cashier, Sherrie, didn’t say hi or acknowledge us at all. We tried to brush it off. We asked about a price match we saw online and she told us it couldn’t be done. She then asked another cashier, Shawn Robinson, who said it actually could be done. After that, Sherrie rolled her eyes.
While we were pulling the price up on our phone, a group of guys who had been at the register earlier but already left came back and stood right next to us by the card machine, basically cutting in front of us. Even though our items were on the counter and she had already started helping us, Sherrie decided to stop and check them out instead. I told her that felt rude since we were already being helped, but she did it anyway. She said she’s going to check them out as we pull up the price online but I said we have it up. She then said she’s going t check them out because they were there first and had to go get something. If that was the case she shouldn’t have started to help us.
After she finished with them, she asked if we had the price up. I said yes, we had it up since she stopped helping us to help those guys. She said they were there first, even though they had left and come back. When I pointed that out, she sighed and acted dismissive like none of it happened.
She kept repeating that the boots weren’t the same, even after we said that was fine and we’d pay whatever the price was. At that point, it wasn’t even about the boots anymore, it was her attitude and how loud she was getting with us. I then said we’re going to go to the other register and she basically through the small fishing rod on the ground.
We moved to another register because it was so uncomfortable. As we walked over, Sherrie said to the other cashier that she could “deal with us,”which was unnecessary and unprofessional. After that, Sherrie went over to the same group of guys by the door aa there was other customers trying to get in line and started talking about us. We could hear them laughing, which made it feel even worse.
Shawn Robinson helped us next and told me she was the manager when I asked if it’s okay for her to talk about customers in that way. Emotions were high, and my boyfriend did speak up to the group (which he shouldn’t have and cursed saying are you taking shit), but I immediately shut that down. The manager yelled at us but never once addressed Sherrie’s behavior or tried to calm the situation down.
As she was checking us out I calmly asked who the main supervisor or general manager was because of how we were treated. She first said she didn’t know. When I asked who her boss was, she gave me a name and said he wasn’t there. When I asked who the general manager of the store was, she raised her voice, pounded on the counter, and said she didn’t know, and accused me of asking the same thing over and over. I stayed calm the entire time. Meanwhile, Sherrie was nearby laughing.
The whole situation could have been handled so differently, but instead it kept getting worse because of how staff acted. We just wanted to check out and leave, and instead we were made to feel embarrassed and disrespected in front of other customers.
Very disappointing experience.

Outstanding customer service from Mike Seroogy in the firearms section of the store. He did a great job finding the right rife for us and making it a fun, no stress experience. The manager on the other hand was a total jerk. I believe his name was John and he was no help at all. He almost made us not want to shop there. If it wasn't for Mike we probably would have walked out after driving 2 hours to get here and bought a gun at our local fleet farm. But shout out Mike Seroogy he was a great guy!

This is not about this particular site but about the Bass proshop company. I feel i was misled when placing my order this morning for merchandise on Monday to get 15% off my order. when i placed my order i was supposed to receive an additional 10% off for using my Bass Pro Shop credit card which I used my BP credit card and never received the additional 10% off. This additional 10% equates to an additional $155.49 that should have been taken off my order. If i wasn't getting this additional discount i would have used a different credit card. This experience was very misleading and false advertising in my opinion. I waited until today to order because i joined you BP club and never got my card to use it until last Wednesday 12/10/25. I also wanted to order last Monday to get the club 15% discount for December Cyber Monday discount but had to wait until this morning delaying the shipping of the items i wanted to order last Monday another week. I'm thoroughly disappointed with this ordering process and having to jump through hoops to get this order placed and not getting my additional discount.
