(Nov. 10 2025) Two weeks before called to confirm ordering parts. I was never called again. Contacted store (Dec. 9) was told parts had arrived and service would be complete by ( Dec. 12). Contacted store (Dec. 18 8:30 am) was told service would be complete by end of day. Arrived (Dec 18 3:45 pm) was told snowblower was not ready once questioned and demanded return of unserviced snowblower they brought me back and explained how my property was "junk and unrepairable"38 DAYS later. Customer service was a collection of 3 service workers and a supervisor refusing to assist while customer removed single handed even after requesting assistance on simply opening a door.
