  Anyone else get made to feel like a criminal for wanting to return shoes here? Went in to return some shoes and not only did I get made to feel uncomfortable for wanting to do it, but complete attitude change from the employee processing my return. Went from super happy and nice to completely uninterested and rude. Mind you they don’t own the company they just work there.

  I had to pop on here and leave a review for not only this store, but their employee Taylor, from when we shopped today. Taylor was probably the most helpful and friendly employee I have encountered in a retail setting in years. Taylor helped locate the exact shoe my son was looking for (waterproof boot style shoe), gave helpful recommendations for wear, and laced up the shoe so fast it was like magic. It was so refreshing experiencing real customer service! Before we were helped, I also saw other customers getting awesome service. I am so happy with our purchases and honestly this is why people shop retail and how buying online, even though I love it, can’t compete with a store experience. I hope Taylor is appreciated by Vans because I was blown away and shocked they had the exact shoe my son wanted, in his size and how kindly we were treated. Thank you!

  I understand trying to help and commission based sales, however when one is unable to read the room maybe sales in not suitable work for this young lady, the over powering voice and sale pitch mixed with an abundance of zero personality of this young lady, (forgive me for not getting her name as i left as fast as I entered, )so the only description I have is dyed blue hair and Beetlejuice pants, caused me to loose all interest in shopping and honestly promted me directly to the door, as a devoted Vans customer whoever is in management as this location needs to do some evaluations, the other young lady was just fine. While on the phone with my wife discussing some shoe options, blue hair was at 8 out of 10 in volume in my ear with information i was learning against my will about shoes I had less interest in than her....followed up after my call with my wife, to being chased around the store looking at shirts while being asked if there were any shoes id like to try on??? Like real Beetlejuice READ THE ROOM!!!

  When walking past the store yesterday at 11am, I witnessed a worker yelling at a man who started to walk in when she had 1 door open & yelled “let me open the door sir” & threw up her hands. The customers looked confused. Before that when she was opening the first door, I could hear her make a snarky comment about opening the doors. When she had both doors open, she huffed away. I did see her interact with the customers when they were trying on shoes being helpful but I was really thrown off by the way she treated them initially. If that were me she was yelling at, I wouldn’t have been as nice as they were & would’ve taken my business elsewhere. I didn’t get her name, but she was a bigger girl.
