  I dont live close but unfortunately stopped in last week and was impressed with the selection. Asked for a suggestion and purchased a $40 disposable. As I was leaving, the employee said, “by the way, that brand clogs up often, we know about the issue. If you have a problem bring it back and we will replace it no problem” I left pretty impressed. Today I returned with the dispo which had clogged almost instantly. Same employee is there. I had to stand there for more than 5 min while they texted and then called the boss. End result was they couldn’t do anything for me because it had “been more than a week”!? This was not mentioned at any point before then. I calmly asked for any kind of store credit compensation. Nope. Im upset on many levels.

  Great place, huge selection. The girl that helped me Monday afternoon was extremely nice and helpful. Great prices on glass. Great place for CBD and Delta products

  Bought this kit the stem for the juice box was broke. we wanted to exchange it for the bugs Bunny one which was $10 more they wouldn't let us so we had to exchange it for one we did not want if you sell a broken product we should be able to get a refund 10 minutes after we bought it or we should be able to exchange it for an upper value item and pay the difference. BTW the lady who sold it was nice and helpful, but she even said it was her fault because she didn't check the item. So yeah we should have gotten a refund or let us upgrade and pay the difference.

  Doesn't accept returns, lost a customer today. No idea why anyone would shop here and pay brick and mortar prices without being able to return your product over shopping online and having money back guarentee. Literally zero reason to shop here. Employee acted like returns came out of her paycheck. Didn't even offer an in store credit on a purchase I made in error and was planning on spending more money to correct my mistake purchase. Never have felt the need to leave such a long review over $20. Over safety issue on a brand new item never used? Great generic response to this review.
