Unfortunately, the boots I picked out didn’t fit, and I debated for a few days about bringing them back—I didn’t want to seem ungrateful or picky. I’m so glad I did! Sean called Marve, who searched the store high and low for another pair that would fit, but we couldn’t find any in my size. Then Sean and Daniel worked together to set me up with in-store credit so I can come back another time to find the perfect gear for my adventures. They never once made me feel bad and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. I’m so thankful for their help!
