- ICIsrael CortesJan 4, 20265.0*Late Holidays Review* This was during Christmas Eve at around 3pm, I walked into the fragrance section of the store looking to buy a perfume for a loved one. At the time there was only one person who attended me and she did it in such a magnificent fashion. I asked for some items like a Jimmy Choo or a daisy dream, , love me tous, and as she was showing me these options, another customer came in mid conversation between me and the clerk. The clerk politely answered the person who interrupted us and then apologized for the situation and then came back to me with her full attention. She eventually recommended me a perfume “Beyond Romance by Ralph Lauren” which I absolutely loved the fragrance and scent of and immediately bought it, before I left I asked for her name and she said it was Gracious. Truly exceptional customer service 5/5 stars, can’t stress this enough at how well she handled giving me different options, answering my questions and being absolutely helpful in anyway possible. Hope they recognize her work this 2026! Cheers and Happy New Years!

- BABill AllisonNov 10, 20253.0The help to find a shirt was outstanding and helped me with a buy 1 get 1 free. When i got to the register it became a nightmare. Shirts rang up incorrectly. Cashier gave me the total and i said they were buy 1 get 1 free. She said they didn't ring up that way. I asked her to call and she asked me to show her. I said please call I'm in a hurry. She callef and the same lady who helped me said buy 1 get 1. She then asked me to show her as she had to validate it. I said mam I'm in a hurry and she replied i have to validate myself. If i didn't need a new shirt i would have left but i showed her and she said guess you are right. Then tried to fix it and eventually had to call a supervisor. Took more time at the cash register than walking the lenght of the mall and back to my car. Please train up before the holidays.
