- SASandra AnkneyJul 25, 20201.0I was actually in Macy's. The first employee was helpful, but the lady in the return department was antisocial, unfriendly, and had an attitude the size of Mt. Rainer. I have lost a lot of weight and needed to get new clothes. Including shoes and accessories. But that woman was so unpleasant I went to a different company and spent extra money there just to get over the way she treated me. I won't be back any time soon nor will I recommend it. I think I will have people go to the Tri-Cities if they have to buy at a Macy's.
