- PRPriscilla ReyesJan 4, 20261.0First off I Love Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. My experience at this store with management was poor. There is a level of leadership not only in the way you carry yourself but the way you approach guests and customers that shop with your brand, your store and your business. I wasn’t approached by management acknowledging me the customer. Management approached the associate asking “what do you have for me today” as if I was not standing there and never once acknowledged me or interacted with me until after associate explained to her I wanted to exchange. I explained I had purchased a puffer coat less than 2 weeks ago for my travel to DC from this store and when I returned back I washed everything as I do after travel only to see the zipper had come off in the wash. I’ve purchased many items for years and wash them and the zipper does not just come off. The coat is camel in color along with zipper, stitching etc and is not easily replaceable. They had several of the same coats they could have exchanged it but chose not to as the product was defective. I spoke to a customer service representative for Nordstrom Rack online and again they as well didn’t offer any sort of assistance or exchange as it was up to the store to resolve the issue. It’s unfortunate companies that no longer stand behind the products they carry and management that overlooks the guest experience.

- BWBeth WilbanksJul 29, 20251.0I went to the Union Gap store yesterday to get some hair care products. Got to checkout and one of them scanned as "Return to Nordstrom." The store was supposed to send it back to Nordstrom, and therefore wouldn't let me buy it. The clerk said I could order it from Nordstrom. So, they're going to ship this product from Union Gap back to Nordstrom, then I can order it, and pick it up right where I was standing. Gotcha. Any guesses that it will be at least triple the price?
