  The help counter was great and the younger guy in fishing was great but the the older skinny guy in fishing was a “know it all”. Even when I told him I didn’t want to hear what he was saying about a Ulterra trolling motor he still proceeded to try to tell me that I was wrong. He literally said that all the people I spoke to about the motors problem with sticking when deploying were “lying to me”. Which I told him there is “no need to talk about it anymore because I had already decided to buy a different model” and he still would not stop talking about. If you want to have a one way conversation go see that guy.

  Change your store hours by the front door!! It says you’re open till 9pm when we arrived there on a Wednesday by 8:10pm your doors are all locked..

  I was in the store a couple weeks ago and it was not a great experience. The store is severely understaffed on a Saturday. I went to purchase a firearm and there was 1 person trying to assist 4 people, I don’t believe this is a way to run a company nor a store. Multi billion dollar company and this local store can’t afford to throw some extra men in the gun department but good thing I was greeted by 2 gals at the front waving some credit card form in my face. Very unpleasant trip and I hope they can figure out how to run this store again. I was ready to purchase a high end shotgun but the range will be receiving my money now.

  I’ve been a loyal customer here for years as an avid outdoorsman and have always relied on this store for my essentials. Unfortunately, over the past few months, there has been a noticeable decline in overall store morale.Many of the employees I was familiar with no longer seem to work here. It’s become difficult to find assistance and when I do, staff often aren’t able to answer basic product questions. My wife has also experienced issues with online orders not being packaged or ready as expected. The store appears disorganized, no prices, no employees to help with prices, cluttered with carts full of product laying around.During my most recent visit to the sunglasses area, I observed an employee (Tall man in a hat with a scraggly beard) “flirting” with the sunglass employee which distracted her from helping me, which added to my overall frustration. I have come to terms that there are better local shops I can support. Management here needs a reality check.

  Used to love this place ! Now Every time I shop here They are either Low on employees or have someone doing something they have no clue about. New manager must Not like giving out hours !
