- AAAllisonDec 4, 20251.0Personally don’t agree that this location for Santa is a great place to bring your kids, maybe I just showed up on the wrong day with the wrong elf crew but who can say? The site says walk ins welcome, when my kids and I went in the young man named Michael said “you should’ve made an appointment because you have to wait longer now” but there was no one in line. I told him I would be paying for pictures and asked if I could pick out my own photo and he said “no you get what you get, it’s free” mind you no one was in line, so I didn’t buy a package because I wanted to ensure I had a really good photo. Another employee wouldn’t stop cussing in front of my kids, overall I was very uncomfortable. My sister who was also with me, the same employee who wouldn’t let me pick my photos told her that she looked like a 400lb whale and laughed when saying “no matter what angle you get you’re still going to look like that”. This was a very hostile and judgmental attitude that I just didn’t like or understand why we were being treated like this. To top it off the girl elf whose name I forget, she told my 4 year old daughter that Santa isn’t real and laughed with coworker when my daughter begun to cry. I won’t be recommending this location to others but instead will share my story and my terrible experience. When I asked to speak to upper management the 2 employees said “go ahead if you can find them”. Bring your family here if you’re interested in getting your spirits crushed.
