- BKB KFeb 3, 20264.0I explain why I gave four stars instead of five and it has absolutely nothing to do with the Tumwater location of Smart Start . This is my first full day having this system so this is what I have to tell you. The folks in Tumwater at the Tumwater location are really some of the best customer service people I have ever seen. Immediate calls back and help whenever they're open. I really really really want to stay with these people. The Interlock system itself is something I have not been able to operate on my own except once while the guy in Tumwater was on the phone with me talking to me. I think that most people could probably do this but for some reason I just haven't been able to figure it out so my thought to you is to go try these people try the system and nine chances out of 10 it's going to work for you just fine. The Interlock system itself is actually a really good system as far as I can tell. They even have a code that would be a one-time code if you needed to drive the car and you couldn't get it started that Smart Start could give you just to get to a certain destination and that certain destination of course would have to be smart start approved. Which I thought was a good idea. Anyway, I say if you need an Interlock system go to these guys and see what you think about the system because these guys are really good.
