- BPB PMar 20, 20231.0We actually left sunglass hut at seattle premium outlet store.... due to the ridiculously horrible service. I mean it was horrid! I then drove all the way from Marysville to Bellevue... just to purchase these same glasses.... and the drive was worth it .... The service in Marysville was borderline discriminate... it was so uncomfortable... asked me if i purchased the Tom Ford glasses? I am a long time client of Sunglass Hut I would rather drive 40 miles to give my money to another sales person... I have purchased near a dozen pair of glasses. Cartier (1200.00). Versace. Gucci. Prada.. Tom Ford.. and more. But all I wanted that day was to have a pair of glasses adjusted.. and to purchase a new pair of Versace.... . At both stores at the premium outlets they 1. wouldn't adjust my glasses 2. Didn't help me With a new paur of glasses I wanted to purchase 3. Didn't inform me of a sale on going. For the glasses I wanted 4. Told me to go to another store!! So i called Bellevue. Spoke to Joseph (best sale person) he Located the glasses I liked and we then drove to Bellevue.... bought the glasses... and he adjusted a couple pair for me. I almost want to never return to sunglass hut again. After the poor service received up in Marysville.
