- AWArdy WrightDec 28, 20251.0I used to go to the Van's outlet here to get real T. Shirts. You could get four shirts for a hundred dollars. Now you get two for sixty and their outlet shirts so extra large is medium, medium is small. I got four extra large shirts for christmas.Wash them in cold water and they shrink to medium. Outlet t shirts just like all the other shops. What am I supposed to do with these? Give them to an eighth-grader. Here's a couple New shirts laid over a couple vans shirts from the same-store a few years ago..
- JHJoe HSep 3, 20252.0I am a big fan of Vans but the customer service (She appeared to be a Supervisor?) at the front lacks knowledge of their own products or perhaps wanted me out of the store because it was 15 minutes before closing. I went in and asked if they had a white leather Authentic Lowpro Shoe to replace the ones I was wearing. She looked down on my shoes and had the nerve to ask if my shoes were even real, reiterating that she had been working there for a long time, and "never seen them in her entire life". She insisted by asking if I was "sure" they were real, and I replied stating I got it from Vans in Canada. She shrugged it off, and told me it's better if I buy it in Canada. This is why I don't shop in stores anymore!!!
