A sales associate was dismissive toward a customer who was calmly asking about a return, then escalated the situation by calling mall security for no valid reason. Using security to avoid normal customer questions is inappropriate and creates an intimidating environment. This experience affected my mood for the rest of the day and made me not want to continue shopping in the mall. I also shared feedback on the website with more details, and I hope the management team can take care of this issue and address the misuse of security and the associate’s behavior.

This is not a outlet of old season products but a destination to find gifts, clothing and other items with new stores arriving often. Plenty of parking and local restaurants nearby. EV charging, food court and lots of speciality stores abd a few high end stores.

The prices were great, with tons of sales throughout the mall since it’s an outlet center. Even though I went during the holidays, it wasn’t overly crowded, which made shopping really enjoyable. All the stores had lots of options, and you can truly find something for the whole family. They also had beautiful Christmas lights throughout the property, which made the experience feel extra festive, such a nice view as you arrive or leave. Overall, a great shopping trip and I’d absolutely come back!

The actual food court has like 4 things to choose from but the surrounding area has lots of good food. It's a very boring mall, being from Marysville id hoped for more. It's a mall but the best of the worst.
