    I wanted to like this Pendleton store as one of the store clerks (regretfully I don’t have his name but he had a longish beard) greeted each customer and provided what were the latest sales that we were excited about. However the second store clerk Julio who checked out us seemed determined to hate life and make the worst of his job. We asked if there were other sizes available - nope. we expressed excitement on what we were buying - not a crack of a smile. we wanted to opt into Pendleton texts to get $10 off - he said we needed to spend $100 (diff promo, the min was $10) and only begrudgingly gave us 15% off (wow what a sacrifice!). A week later I was in a different Pendleton location who gave me the $10 off without a question. We hate these type of employees in retail especially during Christmas time - news flash: if you don’t like your job, do something else. Don’t ruin life for everybody else just because you choose not to do something right for your own life.

    Had an amazing weekend at this store! Incredible clothes and blankets, spotless store, and the staff was super knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommend checking out the fantastic Pendleton location.

    Had an excellent experience here getting “the dude” sweater, a wonderful employee named Julio helped me with discounts and gave me a punch card, thanks so much Julio you made my day!
