- SLsj leeAug 6, 20251.0Need to hire better employees. Walked in nobody bother to help, guy and girl busy talking to each other then notice customers. My wife and I wasted 1/2hour to pick right sunglasses and told only display model were available. He didn’t bother to see if other stores had same model or not. We like both sunglasses so ask if there was any discount for selling display model got flat NO. Wasn’t about to pay full price $244 for display model that people had worn and used. What a waste of my time, just post only display model for sale wouldn’t even have gone in.
- JJJustinJun 24, 20252.0Associates we’re very helpful in helping my find 2 pairs of shades and a new jacket on sale. Also very helpful applying the military discount to my purchases. I explained how any type of pressure on my temples will result in a headache within minutes. The Associate was able to take both pairs of sunglasses to the back and widen them slightly. I still experienced pressure so I asked for a bit more adjustment. By this time he clearly looked like he did not want to go in the back to adjust them. He explained how they’ll widen over time while I use them. I’m not ensure who knows how many hours of headaches for something that could be remedied in 15 minutes. I just spent almost $400 and wanted to make sure they fit me comfortably. I’ve had to give away so many frames, even ones supposedly made for extra large heads, due to my head being nearly 60cm wide. Lo and behold, not 10 minutes after wearing them once I got home I experienced headaches. I was not aware frames could be safely bent to fit larger heads until an associate from another store informed me. I was hoping this would be my very first pair of comfortable sunglasses in 20+ years. This was not the case, and I was very unhappy squinting at the sun on my last day on vacation in Seattle up in the Space Needle. The the store was closed before I could get back, and we were on a tight schedule.I hope your employees don’t mind putting in a few more minutes here and there because I’ve been making it a point to leave great reviews to anyone who doesn’t mind going a little further to make the customer happy. I’ll need to go out of my way to have my frames widened once I get home. An inconvenience I would’ve liked to avoid and a bad first impression for my first 2 pairs of Oakley’s.
