  Extremely disappointing experience. Despite the store being virtually empty (there were maybe 8 or 9 customers inside max), the staff forced us to wait in a queue outside in freezing temperatures. There was absolutely no logical reason to keep customers waiting in the dead cold given the lack of foot traffic inside. It seems this location focuses entirely on marketing and sales tactics while completely neglecting basic customer service and human decency. No matter how good the offers are, it is not worth the disrespect.

  Very rude and bad stuff there his name is Ruslan You don’t know how to communicate with people with angry face always too many people got far away because of them they’re trying to shopping and staying on the line, but he’s always bad and rude.

  Cheap and rude staff. And cheap brand. Would never step in again. The haggle and fuss I had to do to go through to get a paper bag even when I am offering to pay for it. It was just cheap and classless like the people who work there. Left such a bad taste. Will never step in the store again.

  I have made a couple purchases here but this time was unpleasant. I walked in with my family, consist of my husband, 12 year old daughter and my baby in a stroller. When we walked in to browse , my husband headed to the watches, as soon as he looked at what was in stock and compared one to his own the security pretty much flagged him. They saw him and when to talk to a worker , both in all black but one was behind the counter, the only way i could describe them is as maybe hispanic, long black hair, one was a big lady and the other was like a security guard. They were watching us, the security then headed to me who had just gotten to the clearance items in the corner, i had just picked up a wallet when she hovers over me and asked me if she could help me with anything but she was way too close and made me feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Then after not even 5 minutes she came back to ask me the same thing, but looked over at my stroller that had my baby, and supposively complemented and made small talk but i know she made it very obvious that she was looking to see if we had anything in it from the store. This whole situation made us feel very uncomfortable and upset, I bought a set and an extra wallet but only because of the deal because the workers are not welcoming, and they did not dress the role of working at a designer store, their appearance was not it. Another worker there was dressed as if she was going to a club, she kept lifting her strapless dress up and it was already short as is, I had a good encounter with who checked me out , Melika, she even wrapped a gift I purchased there. But everyone else needs to better their customer service skills!!
