  I recently made a few purchases at this location and the staff and costumer service was top notch. As soon as i entered i was greeted and shown great service. Staff was was very helpful and helped me find the perfect handbag for my relative. I would definitely recommend shopping here for anyone in the area.

  During this visit, my family and I purchased approximately $1400 worth of designer bags. Despite making a significant purchase, we were treated in a dismissive and unprofessional manner by both the manager and another employee (appearing to be in her late 20s and early 30s). They refused to provide shopping bags to properly wrap and protect our designer purchases, which was surprising and disappointing given the amount spent. Their tone and body language throughout the interaction felt rude and unwelcoming. They threw a bag at one point which was super uncomfortable. Additionally, we observed what appeared to be noticeably different treatment toward Indian and Muslim customers, including ourselves. As a Muslim family with relatives visiting from Dubai, this experience was especially hurtful and embarrassing. No customer should feel singled out or treated differently because of their background, ethnicity, or religion. This behavior does not reflect the inclusive values that the company promotes. I respectfully ask that leadership review this incident, reinforce expectations around respectful customer service, and ensure that all customers are treated with fairness. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
