Her customer service was above and beyond, I could tell she was so genuine in her connections with each customer, including a young girl. People like her make coming to the mall such an enjoyable experience.

I expected to be talked into a purchase (the way that most stores do), but was so happy to find that they wanted me to have the best experience in their store possible. They helped me look at styles, find a style and fit that I loved, and then the price was absolutely fantastic. They were very accommodating; willing to lace my new boots and put different laces into other boots to show how they looked. They showed me how to use their polish by helping me polish the docs I was wearing when I walked in, and they had extensive knowledge of what was available in store, and what I could find online that wasn’t in store. Fantastic service, wonderful products. I walked out of this store feeling euphoric. I wish I knew the names of the employees, but the two ladies who were working there at midday on 3/5/2020 went beyond my wildest dreams, and I’m excited to wear—and take better care of—my new docs.
