I have never ever left a bad review anywhere This is literally the 3rd time I have driven to cabelas in Tulalip on my day off (Thursdays) to purchase a firearm only to find that the gun library is closed. This was at 10:40am. Was told it should be open at 11:00 due to staffing issues so I went and got an early lunch and returned at 11:15am still closed This is a 30+ minute drive for me both ways. I had a specific firearm I was interested in and asked if I could leave my name and number and give me a call and maybe a $25.00 discount on a used firearm.A very nice women there did take my info It’s now almost 4:00pm and have heard nothing. Very disappointed as I’ve purchased many many items from this Cabelas. One time I can understand but 3 times and always on a Thursday

AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL BUILDING INTERIOR. MY SON ABSOLUTELY LOVES THEY ACTUALLY HAVE REAL FISH INSIDE IN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL INDOOR RIVER/LAKE. FREE CLASSES PLUS AMAZINGLY INFORMED EMPLOYEES THAT ARE EAGER TO HELP EVERYONE. I WAS ABLE TO FIND EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO GET READY FOR MY TREK ADVENTURE TO SOUTH AMERICA. HUNTING, FISHING AND CAMPING, I AM 100% PREPARED FOR IT NOW. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AND RECOMMEND TO ALL MY ASSOCIATES. A++++++

Always a fun time when we come here. Kids love the fish and they let us practice shooting with the bow and arrows. All the staff (except the checkers) are very friendly. For some reason the checkers here have been repeatedly nasty. Maybe they are tired and overworked from dealing with the public but I hope for them that if its their work conditions that make them so sad, angry and rude that their manager sees this and makes changes to help them improve work conditions so they enjoy their job. I say this with the experience of coming here a dozen times and repeatedly seeing that the checkers are visibly upset over something. Whereas the floor staff are so happy, friendly, and helpf.

Went to buy/ get Santa pictures and purchase fuzzy crocs for my youngest. The gentleman ringing us up stated the crocs had no price tag and proceeded to ask me if I knew the cost 🤷 Understandably, however Christmas season is busy, shelves are bare. These were the only ones in my daughters size where we found these. I don't know the cost of your store products or if they were even in the right location ( things were all over different areas and in wrong locations) There needs to be an easier process for cashier's to look up products to still get the customer checked out in a timely fashion, and be able to purchase the items they would like to purchase. I didn't end up purchasing the Crocs. A customer should not have to back track where items were located to be able to purchase. Super unfortunate. Also for that gentleman please work on your tone and customer service.

I wish I had read the previous posts prior to buying a firearm here. This was by far the worst customer service I have experienced for as long as I can remember. It's clear by the reviews that no effort goes into correcting all of the complaints. In fact, after I left, I was offered a survey, answered it completely and checked the boxes that says, "yes, I would like someone to reach out". They never did. There will probably be one of those responses to this review as well saying they will address it, my guess is they wont. I have been there three times. Once to browse, second time to purchase a firearm, and third time to pick it up. This is about the second time, and why I will NEVER EVER patronize one of these stores again. RAEANN. After waiting well over an hour for someone to help me with firearms. I got this lady. I was pretty sure already what I wanted, but wanted to know the difference between two models. I asked her, do you know what the difference is between these two pistols. She says, "no'. I was dumbfounded and waited a second. I thought maybe she didn't hear me correctly. I asked again, she just says, "no". I asked her if there was someone who does, she said no. I was in a serious state of shock being at a gun counter with not one person who could tell me anything about what they were selling. I'd already pretty much made up my mind anyways and told her what I wanted to buy. She got it and started on the process. She is doing her part, constantly huffing and puffing about other employees not being where they should, or where they were assigned. She kept doing this loud exhale of frustration the whole time. Pausing to look around, and puff again and again. She finally gives me the laptop to fill out my part. I'm filling it out and she tells me its a touch screen. Thanks, I continue to fill it out using tab instead of touching it. She repeats its a touch screen and let's me know touching it might be easier for me. Its not, tabbing through the fields is quicker for me than lifting my hands... I type all day. She tells me one more time... irritating, but whatever, I make it through while listening to her complain the whole time about staff. After finally getting to the register she is occupied with everything and everyone else. She is complaining about wait times while she is wasting time just looking at other employees, talking to customers, greeting dogs, on her phone, all instead of getting me checked out. So much time I had time to take the pictures of her wasting time. She asks me if I want to apply for a membership or credit card or whatever and I told here besides to pickup my pistol, I will never come back to this store. We'll over two hours to buy one item, ZERO product knowledge, there is nothing of value here. I picked up my pistol a couple weeks later, and that's it, never spending a penny here again.
