  I stood at the gun counter 3rd in line on the kiosk for 40 minutes with several employees standing around not assisting the 15 other people standing in line. It's clear they don't need anyone's business! When I was finally called to pick up my online firearm order I had to stand at the desk for 15 more minutes while the associate Mike messed around with the packing tape on the case & removing a taped on name tag & adjusting it several times doing his best to waste the customers time! Very poor customer service & a downright ridiculous attitude! Everyone in my family & myself who generally buy several firearms per year will never be coming to this joke of a business again! Absolutely ridiculous!

  Quite simply one of the best shops we’ve ever visited. As non-locals, we were genuinely blown away by the Gun Quarter — such history and character in one area. A huge thank you to Jacob, who looked after us brilliantly. His knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm were absolutely infectious, and he made the whole experience memorable from start to finish. Thank you for making our visit such a fantastic one — we’ll definitely be recommending you!

  I recently had a wonderful experience while shopping at this Cabela’s, and my appreciation goes out to Dennis and Jeanine. At the end of the day, any organization is only as good as its employees, the face of the organization; both of these employees walked me through the rather lengthy process of filling out various background checks and permits required to purchase a firearm in our state. Jeanine was patient, understanding and truly made me feel confident in my decision. I highly recommend paying Dennis and Jeanine MORE MONEY to encourage them to stay at this location for years to come. I will be coming to both of them for all my firearm purchases in the future.

  Maybe it was just me, but the associates weren’t as friendly (maybe I caught them at a bad time?) as an REI or other Cabelas for that matter. Great selection of items though, and love just browsing their store. However, limited price matching due to their policy, which was a bummer. If price is not an issue, and you know what you are looking for it’s great. If you want information on the merchandise or hoping to price match, it’s good to do your homework in advance of going.

  I recently visited this location to find a variety of items for an upcoming camping trip this spring. I decided to post a review About my stellar interactions while visiting this location ,but I was reading through some of the more recent review’s and while I had a wonderful experience at this location across every outfitter that I met as a business owner who could be greatly impacted by an inaccurate negative review I wanted to point out that a recent review regarding the footwear department has inaccurate information. As I was intrigued by the information provided in the negative review I did a simple Google search for more information. As consumers, we have a responsibility to the stores that we patronize to provide accurate customer reviews based on fact and real experiences.
