  Deeply Disappointed — Poor Values, Quality, and Care I’ve officially stopped supporting American Eagle, and here’s why. First, the recent controversy involving Sydney Sweeney reflects a serious lack of judgment and accountability from the brand. Instead of listening to the concerns of the community, AE doubled down, showing zero empathy or awareness of the message they’re sending by continuing the partnership. On top of that, the quality of their clothing has gone downhill. Items feel cheap, sizing is inconsistent, and nothing lasts more than a few washes — definitely not worth the price anymore. Most frustrating of all is how little this company seems to care about its community. There's no transparency, no willingness to engage with feedback, and no real support for the values they claim to stand for. If you're looking for a brand that aligns with integrity, inclusivity, and quality — look elsewhere.

  I don’t usually write reviews but to say how disappointed I am with this location is an understatement. I have heard a couple of employees speak poorly about their customers and other staff, which seemed to start from the assistant manager.. I also believe there’s a lack of proper training with some of these workers; maybe the standards are different at this location but I’d suggest some sort of review here. It’s sad to see how far AE has dropped To add: There are a few gem of employees here, just hard to catch those few
