  Worst customer service I’ve ever recieved. Bought my husband jeans for his bday, needed a size up, they would not take a pair because they looked “washed and worn”. I bought them last week and they didn’t fit so they were never worn. Front desk gal was extremely rude, I’m honestly appalled, I’ve bought jeans from AE for years and I’ve never had them treat me like this during a return.

  I had a fantastic experience here! They honestly have the best collection I’ve seen, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable given the quality. What really stood out to me, though, was the staff behavior. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. This was my first time visiting, but it definitely won't be my last. Highly recommended!

  I absolutely love this store! It's impeccably organized and spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Lindsay and Catherine for their expert styling assistance. I found clothes that fit me perfectly and stayed within my budget.

  I love this place for shopping. Beautiful people assisting you while u shop. I wish they had more variety. Also more of the M and L sizes, It was hard to find size M and L.
